How long does it take for S27 to stop stinking?

the three I have that are open are still stinking to high heaven. is there anyway to lessen this horrible aroma?

Infinite.

I washed it.
I put it in a ziplock bag with a dryer sheet for 24 hours.
It's been outside for three weeks.
I washed it again.

I'm thinking about opening a Dragon figure and putting him (SPAWN Issue 85) in the clamshell.

you cant keep more than one in the same room or it completely fills the room and makes everyone sick. it smells like a tire factory on fire or something. I wish McFarlane would tell us what the deal is with the stinch on these. great figures, but when I get my complete set there is no way I'll open anymore. its just a horrible smell

it's probably a certain kind of plastic, or paint on them... but then, what the hell do I know

This may be the first series that I leave in package. Seriously.

I don't know if there is a clear acrylic sealer. That's the only think I can think of that contains the odor.

I'm going to find three clear plastic cases or boxes to put the ones I have open in. its almost unbearable to sit in the same room with them

Omg! Your not the only one Chaser. The only one that stinks really bad is the screaming Spawn. I don't know why but his odor won't go away!

wow, I was actually contemplating keeping them MOC, but started leaning more towards opening them if I ever got them, I guess the arguement just tipped back to MOC...
